About EOR Czech Republic

The company that signs
the Czech contract.

EOR Czech Republic employs people in the Czech Republic for companies that have no s.r.o. of their own. Your staff join the payroll of our own Czech company, which holds an employment agency licence issued by MPSV, and every client has one named contact rather than a portal or a support queue.

Taking on one person in the Czech Republic should not need a notářský zápis, a trade authorisation and a set of registrations. It should need a conversation with people who already run Czech payroll every month.

How this started

The gap we kept being asked to fill

The same question kept arriving from companies abroad: how do we put one or two people on a Czech contract without forming a company, and without handing the relationship to a platform that answers by ticket?

So we built the third option. Your staff are employed by our own Czech s.r.o., which holds an employment agency licence (povolení ke zprostředkování zaměstnání) issued by MPSV, and a contract can be ready to sign the day you confirm the role.

Whose company is it

What is different the day you sign

A typical EOR
With EOR Czech Republic
You sign with one provider, then a firm you never speak to becomes the employer on the contract.
Our Czech company is the employer. It signs the pracovní smlouva, usually the day you confirm the role.
Questions land in a queue, and a question with a one line answer waits days for it.
One named contact runs your account, knows your contracts, and usually replies the same working day.
There is a setup charge, and the pricing only works once you have several people on it.
One flat monthly fee per employee on one invoice. One hire is enough to make it work.

8 days

ČSSZ registration window

The deadline to register a new employee with ČSSZ. We file inside it, every time.

1

Named contact per client

The same person from the first call to the final payslip.

€499

Per employee, per month

Roughly 12,150 CZK. No setup fee and no Czech company for you to form.

How we work

Six things we hold ourselves to

We are a small team covering one country properly, rather than a platform covering fifty at arm’s length.

The employer is our own company

Your staff are employed by our Czech s.r.o., which holds an MPSV employment agency licence. No partner firm sits in the middle, so when something needs fixing we fix it ourselves.

One person, not a rota

One named contact who works on Czech employment every day handles onboarding, payroll questions and leavers.

Answers, not ticket numbers

Ask about the zákoník práce and someone who has read the section replies, usually the same working day.

Speed without skipped paperwork

We move quickly once we have what we need, but the zkušební doba is still agreed in writing before day one and the registrations still go in on time. That is the reason to use us.

We fit the size you are

A first hire, a team of twelve or a wind down, we adjust to it rather than making you fit a platform.

One figure, stated up front

€499 per employee per month, with no setup charge, no line items you did not expect and no minimum headcount.

Your support

Who looks after your team in the Czech Republic

A small team runs every account, so whoever picks up already knows your contracts, your payroll history and what you asked last month.

Your account manager

One named contact from your first hire onwards. They hold your account, know your people and usually reply the same working day.

Payroll and compliance

Monthly payroll with zálohová daň withheld, 24.8% sociální zabezpečení paid to ČSSZ and 9.0% zdravotní pojištění paid to your employee’s own health insurer, both between the 1st and the 20th, with the jednotné měsíční hlášení filed alongside.

HR and employee support

Dovolená, sickness, changes to terms and the everyday questions your staff ask, answered under the zákoník práce.

Contracts and onboarding

A written pracovní smlouva, the § 37 written information issued within seven days of the start, and registration with ČSSZ and the employee’s health insurer within eight days,

No call centre and no ticket queue. The same people, month after month.
