Employ in the Czech Republic,
without the entity.

Our EOR Czech Republic services put your people on Czech employment contracts without you forming an s.r.o. of your own. We issue the pracovní smlouva, run monthly payroll with zálohová daň and the 33.80% employer contributions, answer your staff on leave and sickness, and set up whatever benefits you decide to offer.

1Czech HR support

Day to day HR, answered under Czech law

Practical answers for companies outside the Czech Republic whose staff are on Czech contracts, with the rule and the section reference behind each one.

  • Onboarding, and zkušební doba agreed in writing before the first day
  • Dovolená tracked in hours, and the 13 Czech public holiday dates in 2026
  • Náhrada mzdy for the first 14 days of sickness, then nemocenské from ČSSZ
  • Pay reviews, new job titles and changes to the § 37 written information
  • Redundancy planning, including hromadné propouštění and the Úřad práce report
  • Výpověď, final pay and odstupné at 1x, 2x or 3x average monthly earnings

Ending a Czech contract rewards care. An employer may give notice only on one of the grounds listed in § 52 zákoníku práce, the notice period now runs from the day the výpověď is delivered rather than from the start of the next month, and an employee has two months to challenge a dismissal in court. We plan the sequence with you and keep the paperwork straight.

2Czech payroll expertise

Two contribution systems, one monthly run

Czech payroll feeds two legally separate systems. Sociální zabezpečení goes to ČSSZ at 24.8% from the employer and 7.1% from the employee. Veřejné zdravotní pojištění goes to whichever of the seven insurers the employee chose, at 9.0% and 4.5%. Different collectors, different returns, and only one of them is capped.

  • Twelve monthly runs, with payslips issued to each employee
  • Zálohová daň withheld, with the sleva na poplatníka applied on a signed prohlášení poplatníka
  • Bonuses, příplatky for overtime and night work, and variable pay
  • Expense reimbursement and the paušální částka for práce na dálku
  • The jednotné měsíční hlášení to ČSSZ, and the Hromadné oznámení and Přehled o platbě pojistného to the health insurer

3Benefits for Czech hires

What Czech candidates expect on top of salary

Czech law sets the floor: four weeks of dovolená, sick pay from day one, and public health insurance funded through payroll. What wins a candidate sits above that line, and it is usually leave, a meal contribution and pension savings rather than anything exotic. We price the options and run whatever you pick.

  • Supplementary health cover above the public scheme
  • Meal contribution, paid as a stravenkový paušál
  • Employer contributions to doplňkové penzijní spoření
  • Life cover and income protection
  • A fifth week of dovolená above the statutory four

The sequence

What happens between your offer and their first payslip

1
We sign the contract

Our Czech company issues the pracovní smlouva, with the zkušební doba agreed in writing before the start date, and registers the new starter with ČSSZ and their health insurer within eight days.

2
You run the job

Your new employee reports to you, takes their targets from you and works the way the rest of your team does.

3
We run the monthly cycle

Payroll goes out, contributions reach ČSSZ and the health insurer between the 1st and the 20th of the following month, and the jednotné měsíční hlášení is filed.

4
We take the awkward questions

Working time, leave in hours, práce na dálku agreements, zaměstnanecké dílo and a konkurenční doložka that carries the compensation Czech law requires.

Competitor fees are shown in the currency each provider publishes them in, which for most is US dollars. Our fee is €499 per employee per month. At the Česká národní banka fixing of 21 September 2026 (1 EUR = 24.350 CZK) that is approximately 12,150 CZK, and at the European Central Bank reference rate of the same date (1 EUR = 1.1490 USD) approximately 573 USD. The fee is contractually in euro, so the koruna figure moves with the exchange rate and is an indication rather than a price. Competitor prices were checked on each provider’s own pricing page on 22 September 2026. Where a provider publishes a starting rate, that figure is a starting point and not a quoted rate, and several providers publish no Czech rate at all. Every figure here is a management fee and excludes salary and the 33.80% employer contributions.
