WHAT YOU PAY

What does an EOR in the Czech Republic cost?

Our EOR Czech Republic pricing is one flat fee of €499 per employee per month, plus the real cost of employing the person, passed through at the amount we actually pay. We never take a percentage of salary and never add a margin to a statutory cost.

INSIDE THE FEE

What the €499 actually buys

One fee per employee covers the whole job of employing someone in the Czech Republic: the contract, the monthly run, every filing to ČSSZ and the health insurer, and the HR questions in between. It does not move with the salary.

Czech employment contract

A written pracovní smlouva under the zákoník práce, with zkušební doba agreed in writing before the start date.

The monthly run

Pay out on time each month, with zálohová daň withheld and the sleva na poplatníka applied where a prohlášení poplatníka has been signed.

Filings to both collectors

Contributions worked out and paid between the 1st and the 20th of the following month, to ČSSZ and to whichever health insurer the employee chose, with the jednotné měsíční hlášení filed alongside.

Leave, holidays and absence

Dovolená accrued in hours, the 13 Czech public holiday dates in 2026, náhrada mzdy for the first 14 days of sickness, and family leave tracked.

The questions in between

Changes to terms, questions from your staff and the § 37 written information reissued whenever something moves.

Benefits administration

We set up and run whatever you decide to offer, from a meal contribution to doplňkové penzijní spoření and extra leave.

A named contact

The same person looks after your account from the first contract to the last payslip.

A single invoice

Fee, salary, contributions and anything you chose, itemised on one document each month.

ON THE INVOICE

The six questions finance teams ask

What is the fee, and is it really flat?+
The fee is €499 per employee per month, roughly 12,150 CZK at the Česká národní banka fixing of 21 September 2026. It is confirmed in a written quote once we know the role, and it covers payroll, every filing, HR support and your named contact. It does not change from month to month.
Does the fee rise with the salary?+
No. You pay €499 whether the employee is on 30,000 CZK a month or 200,000 CZK. Running payroll for a senior engineer takes the same work as running it for a junior analyst, so it costs the same.
Are the 33.80% employer contributions inside the fee?+
No. Employer contributions are set by Czech statute, so they are billed separately at the exact amount: 24.8% sociální zabezpečení to ČSSZ and 9.0% zdravotní pojištění to the employee’s own insurer, which is 33.80% of gross pay in 2026. Social stops once annual pay passes 2,350,416 CZK; health carries on with no ceiling. Both appear as separate lines.
What sits outside the fee?+
Four things, each billed at what it costs: gross salary, the 33.80% employer contributions, statutory accident insurance, and anything you choose to offer such as a meal contribution, pension savings or agreed expenses. Everything else is in the fee.
Which currency does this all happen in?+
Your employee is paid in Czech koruna, because Czech payroll runs in koruna and every statutory figure is set in it. Our fee is contractually in euro. Your own invoice can be in almost any currency, so if your finance team wants US dollars or pounds sterling, we set that up.
What happens to the fee when someone leaves?+
There is no minimum term with us. The fee for an employee stops when their employment ends. How long that takes depends on the employee’s own rights: a Czech výpovědní doba is at least two months on most employer grounds and one month on the rest, and it now runs from the day the notice is delivered. We handle the offboarding, the final pay and any odstupné.
