Tereza, who answers questions about employing people in the Czech Republic

Contact EOR Czech Republic about a hire

Ask us anything about putting someone on a Czech employment contract. We work on the Czech Republic and nothing else, we answer before you commit to anything, and the person who replies is the person who would run your account.

Your question goes straight to the team that would handle your account

  • Contracts, payroll and filings under the zákoník práce
  • Salary guidance drawn from published ČSÚ wage data
Ask us about a Czech hire
Tell us the role and the salary. We will come back with the full employer cost in koruna, the start date and how the contract would read.

What your employees get, and what you stop carrying

You do not need a Czech company. Our own Czech s.r.o. becomes the employer of your staff, holds the contract and carries the statutory employer duties, so payroll, contributions and filings stop being your problem.

Tereza, HR Manager at EOR Czech Republic, ready to help you employ staff in the Czech Republic

We scale with what you are doing

One person or a team of fifteen, the service fits around the shape you are in and changes when you do.

One figure, stated before you sign

Our fee is €499 per employee per month, roughly 12,150 CZK. Statutory costs are passed through at what they cost. Nothing is added quietly at year end.

Two contribution systems, handled

Czech payroll feeds two separate systems with two collectors: 24.8% sociální zabezpečení to ČSSZ and 9.0% zdravotní pojištění to whichever of the seven insurers the employee chose. Social is capped at 2,350,416 CZK of annual pay in 2026 and health is not capped at all. We run both.

Someone who has read the section

Questions come up about zkušební doba, výpovědní doba, odstupné and sick pay. You get a direct line to someone who answers them, rather than a ticket with a two day window.

A person, not a platform

Every client has a named contact who works on the zákoník práce daily. From your first hire in Brno to your fifth in Ostrava, the same person stays on the account.

Built for the role, not from a template

A senior backend engineer on an indefinite contract is a different piece of drafting from an analyst moving off an IČO onto employment. We shape each arrangement around the role, the budget and the start date.

HR cover for your Czech staff

One country, read properly

Employing in the Czech Republic means working with ČSSZ, the health insurers, Finanční správa and Státní úřad inspekce práce, and 2026 changed the reporting. A single monthly employer report replaced several separate filings from 1 April, and health insurer returns went electronic only in January. A provider covering fifty countries rarely notices in time.

We price the support you asked for and say so in writing. Behind it, our own Czech company keeps the contracts, payroll records and filings in the state an inspection expects.

  • A flat fee, with statutory costs passed through at cost
  • Guidance from people who work on Czech employment law daily
